Trying to "trade up" my Connect:Amp but doesn't take

I am trying to trade up my connect:amp to an amp and though all four of my sons products appear, I cannot select them to trade up. The amp is listed on backorder. Is that why? I tried putting the amp into my cart and then it says there is a 2 day delay but the price is not discounted by 30%. Please advise. I am trying to fix the issues with my sound system and I think this more powerful amp may address them.

Not all CONNECT:AMPs are eligible to be used for trade in.  If you log in here to check the status of your devices, does it have a red ‘eligible for trade in’ next to it? If not, then it is S2 compatible, and can not be used for the trade in discount.

What issues are you trying to fix with your system, it may not have anything to do with your hardware.
