Trade up credit for US store while residing in a non-Sonos market

Hi, I live in a non-Sonos market but I’ve bought all my Sonos speakers in US as I travel to US a lot. I have a play 5 and a connect that is on S1 and eligible for trade up but I cannot seem to find an option to get the trade up credit for US store. I will be travelling to US in next month or so and would like to use this credit to get S2 compatible speakers. I tried calling the support number and even the chat option however, none are reachable.

Just curious, we are currently in EDST (commonly abbreviated as EDT), not EST. That’s Eastern Daylight Savings Time, not Eastern Standard Time. 

Which do you mean?
