Hello,

 

My  sub isnt wanting to connect to my network or wifi. My diagnostic number is 2099712508.

You might want to contact Sonos Support directly, the Contact page has some 24x7 options.

Was it working before or is it a new Sub?

It is brand new, bought it sunday. Worked for a bit and now will not connect.
