speaker not working

I have a Play 5, stopped working. Shows on controller, looks like it is playing music but no sound from the speaker. unplug reset, no change. Help please! It has worked fine until now.

First, double check that it's not muted. I've run in to that issue myself before, and am willing to admit it :)

But assuming you've already done that, I'd recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of replicating this issue, and either post the number here, or contact Sonos to discuss it. There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
