SonosOne audio interruptions Amazon music

SonosOne cuts out occasionally when playing music from Amazon Music. Does anyone else have this problem?

Submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of replicating this issue, and contact Sonos to discuss it. There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

Are you having the dropout when using the Sonos controller app to play music from Amazon, or when you give Alexa a voice command to play music?

I agree with Bruce though, submitting a diagnostic will give Sonos more info that will help determine the cause of the problem.
