After flawless use of the previous app, Sonos 2 refuses to run properly on my iPhone SE (Gen 1), IOS 12.0. The My Sonos screen won’t load and freezes the whole app whenever selected.
Yes, it is an oldish OS but, before upgrading, I would like confirmation that this will fix the problem or if there is some other solution.
Pretty disappointed to hit such a fundamental snag.

iOS 11 and above is supported. Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app, being sure to select “Connect to existing System”.
Also are all your speakers S2 compatible and have they all been upgraded to S2?
