Sonos Password Reset Problem

Hi, my sonos password reset doesn't seem to be working.

It works when logging in to the web services, but not the app and I've given up trying to do it now.

Could someone please help.

Not sure what you are trying to do, but it seems your Sonos app may be assigned to the wrong account, thus the password does not work. To change the account:

Using the Sonos app for iOS or Android: Open the Sonos app. From the More tab, tap Settings > Account Settings > Transfer Sonos to a new account and follow the directions from there.
