Sonos One Started Having Distorted Bass

I did a community search first. Sonos One's bass is distorted no matter the song, volume, room, EQ, Trueplay off/on, etc. This happened using the S1 and S2 app. This is a new development. None of my other Sonos Ones do this despite playing them all at the same volume. Thanks, Scott


*Issue resolved by customer service via remote diagnostics (my representative was awesome) Sonos takes care of their customers. I will be purchasing more speakers. -Scott
