"Sonos currently running from another account" controller message on Windows 10

I’m getting the following error message on Windows 10 when trying to update the controller.  

Has anyone seen this message?  My ZP80 is running the latest software.

The screenshots give you the full error message/details.


Sonos is currently running from another account

Sonos is currently running from another user account on your computer.

Please quit the Sonos controller from the other account before installing.

Sonos OS: S1

Resolved by rebooting Windows 10!
