I just received an email notification that the Sonos Bridge is no longer required and could impede performance.

This was an expensive option when purchased - so is there any buy-back program???

I would think any buy-back program would be mentioned in the email you received.

Does anyone know when Sonos stopped selling the Bridge in favor of Boost?

October 2014. And while the $49 cost for the Bridge is not chicken feed, for a long while it was free with any purchase, and I'd hardly call it "an expensive option".

So if it was discontinued in 2014, and the normal period of depreciation would be five years, you've probably had your money's worth, so best assign it to history.
