I am looking to hook up two sets of speakers to the AMP. What do you suggest as the best option?

Make sure they are 8 Ohm speakers, lower rated ones probably won’t work well outside the ones Sonos sells.
Use reasonably heavy wire, # 14 is fine for shorter runs, use an on-line cable calculator if you are looking at long runs.
I’d add banana jacks to all the wires on the Amp end if depth is limited they make ones that stack sideways.
Put good quality labels on each wire. Label the speaker ends too, might save a headache later.
