Hello - first post in the Sonos Community. It all worked well until I down-loaded the latest version of iTunes yesterday, since when the Sonos Controller doesn't launch on my Windows 8 laptop pc. I suspect there is something I need to do.. but can't work out what it is. I've tried launching with and without my Play 1 speakers swtiched on, have switched off my PC etc etc. Would be really grateful for help! Got the new Elvis Costello LP yesterday and can't listen to it!

Hi. I can't really imagine any way in which iTunes could have anything to do with this.

You might try uninstalling the Sonos controller then re-downloading from the Sonos website. However, you should be aware of this thread:

Thanks, John - I appreciate your advice. I think I'm going to uninstall and re: download. Looking forward to the updated desktop controller too, BW ..Paul
