player 3 drops from network

I have 2 connects and a Player 3 on my network. The Player 3 continually drops from the network and the only way to reconnect is to do a factory reset. Then the add device will allow the Player 3 to be seen in the app. Can someone help with this issue?

Rebooting it doesn't allow it to be found, you have to do a factory reset?

I'd get it up and send Sonos a diagnostic and contact them with the number. If it drops again do another diagnostic and get them that number too. They have 24x7 support on the Contact page.
