Playbar broken


My playbar has broken. Even a factory reset is not possible. Have many others experienced this?

jon.martin108: Is the Playbar physically broken or will it just not power on? Either way, if any Sonos device will not factory reset my recommendation is to get in contact with our support team. They will be able to determine if the unit needs to be replaced.
