Play 5 2nd gen won’t connect to sonos network.

I’ve performed a hard reset and the green light flashes ok. I attempt to connect to the network and the app finds the play 5 ok. It then asks me to press the button on back of play 5 and listen for chime. I press the button and chime plays ok. But then light flashes orange continuously and nothing else happens.

What happens if you connect it to Ethernet to try the setup?
