netgear access point

Hello Sonos works great but when the upstairs access point (Netgear device) picks up connection Sonos iOS app can not detect the Sonos system. Odd because I have a boost set up.

Comcast xFi is the modem / provide
netgear n7800 is set up as access point

sonos diagnostic: 1678190358

please help

More than likely your access point is configured to be running DHCP, and thus is acting like a router. Configure it as an access point and put it on the same subnet as your XFi router/modem.
