My sonos system cannot connect to my QNAP 464 NAS

My QNAP 464 NAS and my SONOS amps are on the same network layer, and my PC and other computers can access the NAS's music folder.
However, when I add the NAS path (Manage/Setting/Music Library/ → ADD Networked device) and then I select music path and NAS user/password, SONOS cannot find the file, SONOS shows the message:” ‘//NAS/Media/Music’ is no longer available….”, although I still play music from this NAS on my PC.
I have checked SMB v2 and v3 of NAS, they are all 
Please help me connect my SONOS system (7 sonos amp and 1 port) to the NAS, I would be very grateful.
