My macbook will not download my music library. All of a sudden in disappeared, and it says is updates but nothing happens. I just opened a new account, which reloaded the speakers and updated everything, thinking that would make it work, and that did nothing. Help?????

Have you read through the FAQ on setting up your library?

Sonos doesn’t “download” anything, it just points to where your music is stored. Is your music on the hard drive of the mac? Or on an NAS? Or in the cloud?
I believe it is on the hard drive. If I look at the media folder location it says my computer. I am not very techy unfortunately.
I went into “add music from your computer or external drive“ and after choosing the iTunes music folder, it said that my MacBook refused to Let Sonos connect to it. Help!
