Loss of SIRIUS XM functionality on SONOS app

None of my devices (mac, iphone) now show me the contents of SIRIUS XM. SXM is among the services I can play, but I can't see any channels, on demand programming or anything else. This started for no apparent reason several weeks ago. The other services work as they always have. I've tried removing the SONOS app and reinstalling. I can only play SXM with voice commands, but this is limiting. I'd appreciate some advice.

Rather than removing the entire controller, try removing just the connection in it to Sirius XM, then add it back. That should force a new handshake between the app, which is actually running on your speakers, and Sirius XM.

Remember, the controller isn’t really where things happen, it’s only a remote control to the actual stuff that is happening on your Sonos.

Thanks. It worked.
