How to set a turning off "alarm"

Hi

How do I set an “alarm” that turns off the music in a room at a specified time ? This was possible earlier by setting an alarm that had the function “turn off”, this is no longer available, so how do I set my system to automatically turn off music at eg 23:45 ?

You can set a sleep timer on Sonos, so the music automatically turns off after a specified time period. 

Please follow the instructions below to configure a sleep timer for your Sonos:

To set a sleep timer using iOS or Android:

  1. Touch the Info & Options area on the Now Playing screen, and then touch Sleep Timer.
  2. Select a sleep timer duration.

The remaining sleep timer duration appears next to the Sleep Timer option.
 

To set a sleep timer using a Mac or PC:

  1. Click Sleep Timer from the bottom of the Select a Music Source pane on the right side of the Sonos app.
  2. Select the desired time frame.

The remaining sleep timer duration appears next to the Sleep Timer option.
