Existing System not found

My system has 3 x Play:3 and 1x One along with a bridge. I have 4 controllers, 2x iPhone and 2x iPad. Since the most recent update, I cannot add one of the iPad controllers to my system. All the others connect OK. I have tried reinstalling the app and forgetting my wifi network and reconnecting. I still have the same issuer with this one controller. 

I can’t see that this is an issue with my wifi as 3 of the controllers connect OK.

Any ideas

Check to see if the offending controller is hooking to the 5 instead of the 2.4 GHz WiFi.
