I bought this play3 earlier this year with rep showing me that a Sonos rep said Amazon music will be compatible early this year for Canada. Then it was updated and said 2018. What is going on ? Could I please get an answer ?

Sonos has not committed to a date for Amazon music Canada. I believe there is work being done on both sides to resolve this, but as a rule, Sonos doesn’t give specific dates.
