As a new Sonos arc owner, I am so disappointed with the Sound that at we are getting compared to our expectation .  Listening to music on a friends $600 Sony soundbar, which was Actually better than our sound, it makes me wonder, how do you know that the Arc isn’t faulty?  Who can you turn to find this out?  As for hearing the sound go around you?  Absolutely not!  I realise that different rooms/spaces  will affect The sound but not to the extent that out Sonos is not performing!

We're sorry you not pleased with the performance of the Sonos arc and giving your honest opinion on the Arc.

Sonos will still continue to improve the service and quality of every product we have.

The management provides software updates every now and then.

For now, we don't have a timeline we can share for this feature, but we'll be sure to make an announcement if we have any updates.
