Just purchased Beam. Setting up with new Sony TV. The cable going into the back of the TV will not stay in (vertical input). It just falls out with gravity. Will try taping it but would love a solution. Is the Sonos cable provided with the Beam not acceptable?

HDMI-ARC sends the same digital information. The setup procedure in the app attempts to use HDMI-ARC unless it's unable to. The optical connection method is a fallback.
