Hi

Using PORTs on S1, I cannot find a way to create a Sonos Favorite from a Music Library Playlist. I can do it from the PC controller app, but I haven’t found a way to do it from the iOS app (S1).

Is there a way to do this??

Hi @kangis, thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community.

To answer the question; yes, there is a way to add favorites on the Mobile app.

It will be in this article Add favorites to My Sonos.

If you have other concerns, feel free to reach out.

Kyle,

Thank you for responding to my post, but please read it again…

I know how to add content to MySonos Favorites, BUT!!!!

It is NOT apparent how to add a MUSIC LIBRARY PLAYLIST to MySonos favorites…

I can add M/L Artists, Albums or Songs via the App, but when I have created a Playlist from these, I cannot find a way to add it to MySonos.

I can do it from the PC/MAC controller program (deprecated) but not from the iOS App...

Hi @kangis, thank you for clarifying.

My appologies, I thought it was a song per song basis.

In the article I linked, it didn’t mention we can tag a playlist as your favorite in the iOS and Android section.

This is only limited to the desktop Sonos app as the app has a direct link to the Music Library.

Also, any changes made in the desktop Sonos app should also show in the iOS Sonos app.

Hope this clears things up.
