Controller only recognizes 4 of 5 speakers

At one point the controller listed all 5 speakers, now it only lists 4 of the 5. I've tried adding the 5th again, tried moving everything closer to the router as the Sonos site suggests, but still only "sees" the 4. Any ideas on this one?

I suggest that you submit a diagnostic and post the number in this thread.
No, the missing one is not listed in "About your Sonos System"

If you open the Sonos App>Help>About your Sonos System, are all of your devices listed? Sorry to ask a very simple question but if you select the Rooms Tab on the Sonos App, is your missing device listed?
The one that is dropped out is the Playbase, status light is white and TV sound is coming from it but the controller will not recognize it.
