Computer Refuse's access to Sonos, so can't add Music Library


Was having issues with existing my music folder/library and so had to remove it as it wouldn't play. When i tried to add a new music library which is stored like me last library on and external hard drive I just keep on getting same error message that my computer has refused access to SONOS.
I have googled the problem & read through most of the forums about checking firewalls, and sharing properties and tried them all but nothing seems to work.
I've also sent a diagnostic ; #7106120

Any thoughts?
