Cant see all my systems on the App. Keeps dropping out

My Living room system does not always show up on my app. Only the Family room. My Diag. # is 83266082.

Try unplugging the Family Room speakers from power for a couple of minutes and reboot your router and phone.

Are you able to connect any of your Sonos devices (not a Sub or surround speaker) directly to your router with an ethernet cable? This will create SonosNet, a dedicated mesh network for your Sonos speakers that can oftentimes improve their network performance.

All I have is the “One” Pair of speakers, the Subwoofer and the “Arc” sound bar in the Living room connected to the TV. I do have the ability to connect the Arc to an ethernet cable if that helps...

I have the “Beam” in the Family room connected to the TV.
