Can’t sync itunes playlist with sonos

I can’t sync my iTunes playlist from my phone to play on my Sonos speaker. I went to “browse”, but my phone isn’t listed or shows the option “on this phone”. It also doesn’t show in Sonos settings. How do I play iTunes playlist that is downloaded to my iPhone? I don’t want to pay for Apple Play.

Apple has made a change to iOS that breaks the ability for Sonos to play "from this device". May I suggest that you peruse the main thread on this, which offers, and discusses many options, ranging from free to not?
