When trying to play music from spotify, there is a message that appears stating that the connection to Spotify was lost. In the sonos app and in the spotify app. In other threads it is recommended to restart the sonos speakers, and to uninstall and install spotify. I have done both. There is no way to make it play.

You might submit a diagnostic and post the reference ID in this forum for Sonos Tech to respond.

This may sound crazy....but is the volume turned up on the Sonos One and not muted:8

Cheers!

Hi JaimeM1

Sounds like a server issue. Can you reach Spotify from another device? However I suggest you reboot your modem and router. Let us know if that helps.

Cheers!
Hi,
Yes, I can connect to Spotify using echo dot, my computer and my cell. I also tried the suggested reboot. It did not help.
Do you know of anything else?
Thanks,
Jaime
