Are you suppose to leave the Sonos Move on its base always charging?

I've noticed that when you put the Move into sleep mode, or even completely shut it down, It loses battery fairly quickly. 

Can you just leave it in the charger base, charging at all times, or will this damage the battery?

Leaving Move on the charging dock long-term will not reduce the battery’s lifespan.
