I run some Devialet Phantoms and the Devialet wireless remote control is just wonderful - silky smooth, artistic object on the desk. Granted those are in a different price class and I don't expect Sonos to have something like that but is there a way that I can control the volume from my desk with a dedicated remote control? If yes, how?

Thanks.

Ok Sonosfan!
I own a pair of Phantom Devialet connected with a dialog module to make stereo. A nightmare. Good sound but poor software.
I came yesterday to paradise. I bought a Sonos connect. Just link by optical wire the Sonos connect to the dialog (or a Phantom if you don’t have a dialog). Wait for the few seconds when Spark works (it happens soletile) and be sure to have activate the optical input and the auto switch. Stop the music on the Devialet and push the power to the maximum. It is completed. Just UNPLUG the Devialet from the Network (Internet). Run your Sonos app and play your Sonos music on the Sonos Connect. You will here it from the Devialet. Now you have a working app, you can use Hifi Deezer on the Devialet, you can use the buttons on the connect to manage the volume and stop/start and you will never use Spark again. From hell to paradise.:D
