My Sonos was working fine, and up until recently I could access Sonos from my PC and my phone.
Now I cannot access Sonos using my phone. It is still working if I use my PC.
The phone is locked up saying ‘Enabling Wi-Fi’.
I phoned Sonos Customer services and disabled Sonos on their advice.
I did this 3 or 4 times yesterday and again today, but I still get the same message and unable to access Sonos from my phone.
