I had connect Apple Music to the Sonos app but when I go and try to play my music there are no available songs, playlists, albums, etc for me to play. I am a member of Apple Music and it should have my music. But I had done it a second time and it is not working. I am confused.

Where is "my music" stored for you? If it's on an iOS device, Sonos can't see it, due to changes that Apple made to iOS. If it is on your iPhone or iPad, may I suggest that you read the main thread on this, particularly the first post, which offers, and discusses many options, ranging from free to not?

However, if it's stored in the "cloud", then I'd recommend removing the link to Apple Music from the Sonos controller, and then add it back in. This will force a new handshake with Apple Music, and hopefully fix the connection issue.

Never a bad thing to reboot your router, too, so as to refresh any outstanding issues there might be there. Once you do the router, you should also power cycle the Sonos devices.
