Still waiting for the black platbase.
preordered a black playbase 05-04-2017 on the local elgiganten8svågertorp) in malmoe(sweden) and still waiting for it. they got the white playbase but not the black. frustrating becouse they doesn`t have an exactly date for delivery. how long does it take ´???

Have you received your black PLAYBASE since making this post? If not you would want to stay in contact with your local retailer as we would not have any information and a local dealers inventory. Your local dealer should the ability to follow up with their distributor who should be able to provide them with any pending order information.

No my local retailer hasn`t got the black playbase but ordered one from sonos store and the transaction went very smooth.
The fact it`s that the black hasn`t arrive in sweden yet. The only way to get it it`s from Sonos store.
