We're advising everyone to use extra caution when attempting to get assistance or ask questions. We have recently seen some fraudulent support sites claiming to represent Sonos that are not affiliated with Sonos in any way. Please make extra certain that any company or person that is offering you support is genuine before providing them with any personal information or giving them access to devices on your home network.

The only official Sonos support websites have a Sonos.com domain. Such as our community (community.sonos.com) or our support articles (support.sonos.com). We are also sold through a wide range of dealers and Sonos installers around the world, you can find a local store near you here.

If you find a website listed as a Sonos support or setup assistance that is not hosted on our website or our partners, they may not be affiliated with Sonos. If you are concerned about a website and would like to see if they are affiliated with Sonos, or need assistance with your system, feel free to contact us here.
