Hi everyone,

There's currently a server issue affecting Amazon Web Services. This is causing playback trouble with Amazon Music as well as some other web features on Sonos.com. You may receive errors when trying to register your products or make purchases from our online store.

Other services which may be affected:
  • Amazon Music
  • SoundCloud
  • TIDAL
  • Sonos FAQs
  • Sonos Product Guide
  • Sonos in-app messaging
  • Music service logos

We'll be keeping this thread up to date as we know more.

Cant play any Amazon Prime Music through my Sonos, however mobile phone streaming seems to work at the moment.

Same problem here. The odd Amazon track will play but for majority of tracks there is silence of the first 8 seconds of the track before a "connection to Amazon Music was lost" message is displayed.

Same problem here in Germany.
However Alexa is able to play stations without any problems.
My one is now working on all devices.

Mine seems to be sorted now, just flicking through some tracks to check. Have played 6 or 7 completely but skipped through about a dozen without issue (so far :D).
