Question

"Your Spotify account does not support streaming on this device."

So, I have a premium Spotify account, I have Spotify set as the default music player in Alexa, but Alexa will now only respond with "Your Spotify account does not support streaming on this device."

I have run through the process described here:

where you reset everything in Alexa and Sonos, but the result is the same: Alexa repeating that, "Your Spotify account does not support streaming on this device."

Any help? Anyone? Really frustrating.

Did you get this resolved as I have the exact same problem and have followed all the set up tips as you did. Was it you that discovered you had 2 Spotify accounts linked to Facebook and deleted one?? Advice welcome, thanks

Another thing to check is that you haven't logged on to another Amazon Music or Spotify account on any of your other apps.

I have had this problem for the last 2 months, I only bought the play for the Spotify & Alexa but it will not work

Anyone solved this problem, I use iPhone & iPad...

Any help will be much appreciated...

Can you enter the Device Location and see if that enables the device to go on-line in Alexa App>Settings>{Your Sonos One}

If the problem persists please access the PC version of the Alexa App (https://www.amazon.co.uk) and see if you can set the location and turn 'on-line' in this version.
