Unable to play music from Sonos

Hi. Have Amazon music connected to my Sonos. When I ask Sonos to play something the Sonos speaker confirms this “playing your play list” for instance but nothing happens and no music is played !! I switched over to my Spotify account and exactly the same thing happens (playing music from Spotify) but again I get no music. I can select music from my phone app and play it through all the speakers via Amazon music or Spotify I just can’t get it to play music via voice commands. Any ideas as it is driving me crazy !!!

First thing is to Disable then Re-Enable the Sonos skill in the Alexa App.

Will give that a go now. Ta.
