So I have a sonos One and it worked we connected it to wifi and now we have moved and we connected it again this time jt will play music but when I ask alexa she says "sorry Unable to understand you right now please try again later". I NEED HELP ASAP PLEASE thank you

As you can play music from the app, I assume that you are using the same wi-fi credentials as before? Please Disable the Sonos skill in the Alexa App and then Re-Enable.
