Sonos specific command for Alexa and Google Assistant

I have Amazon Echo units around the house and made my Sonos One a Google Assistant so I can use features of both. What I would like to know: Is a list of commands each uses for specific control of my Sonos speakers?
For example, here are some things I would like to do by voice command but haven't been able to find out how or if this is possible:
  • Tell Alexa (or Google) to group or ungroup specific rooms
  • Raise the volume in one room when multiple rooms are grouped together
  • Turn sound on or off for a specific room while others continue playing
If there is a full list of potential commands for Alexa and/or Google, please point me to them.

And something I'd really like to know to with or without voice command:
Is there a way to set up a multi-room group that always defaults to a specific relative sound level? For example, I would always like the Living Room speakers 20% louder than the kitchen, the family room speakers 10% quieter than the kitchen, etc.

I'm going to bump this. Is there no way to ask Google or Alexa to change the volume of one room in a group or add/remove a room from a group?
