SONOS not understanding

My Sonos one is saying (Alexa) is saying that she ca't understand right now and I am to try back later. I have unplugged Mac, router snd followed all instructions. There is over an hour wait on the phone support. What is going on, New to SONOS and all very annoying. I dd get SONOS to work for about an hour the other day and now this situation.

Are you saying that the Sonos One is not working or you are just having issues with the Alexa voice commands on the Sonos One - if it's the latter then even with an Amazon Echo you get these issues with Alexa not understanding, I get it all the time with my Alexa devices and some nights she just starts talking to me, personally I think her AI is inferior to other voice services. That being said you could submit a diagnostic and post your confirmation number in this topic
