Sonos - Echo - Pandora issue

went through set-up - when I say "Alexa play Journey Radio on living room". station plays for 5 seconds then stops. Tried on Alexa.amazon.com without voice same issue. de-linked skill, deleted speakers, rebooted everything. went through set-up again. same result. Advice?

Hi, sorry for the delay. Are you still having trouble with Pandora?

If so, can you please submit a diagnostic from your Sonos system and reply back with your confirmation number?
