Question

Sonos Beam won't acknowledge any music streaming.

My Sonos and Alexa apps all seem to know my Beam is here but when I ask it, I get "hmm...to do that, first enable the skill..." But I've done that. None of it seems to be communicating. Any help appreciated.

Welcome to the community. Please check out this thread, which has some great troubleshooting tips for getting Alexa working properly on your Sonos system. If that doesn't help, reproduce the issue, then submit a diagnostic report. Reply here with the confirmation number and I'll check it out for you.
