I have both the S1 application and recently added S2 due to G3 Sub added to a room.  We use Alexa throughout the home and now cannot use it where S2 is being used?

I believe that is correct, a user can only ‘link’ one Sonos Household (S1 or S2) per Amazon Alexa Account.

You would need another Amazon account when linking to a separate Sonos Household.

Thanks Ken, seems pretty silly, forced to use S2 and lose features

I posted about this issue a couple days ago. It makes no sense why there cannot be 2 systems hooked up to Alexa at the same time. Spotify has no problem with 2 Sonos systems via its app. Logitech Harmony has a hacky second skill that allows adding a second Harmony hub to Alexa.
