One and Echo

Why do both listen and talk? It’s like it’s duplicate voices with a slight delay and sometimes my messes things up. Help!

There appears to be multiple posts about this topic, I suggest you complete these actions and if the problem persists call Sonos support:

1/ Open the Alexa App>Skills>Your Skills>Sonos and 'Disable' followed by 'Enable'.
2/ Open the PC Alexa App or .com and select Smart Home>Devices>Forget All followed by 'Discover' - WARNING: If you have set-up any Routines within Alexa, then this step will delete ALL Actions from ALL Routines!
3/ Please check in Smart Home>Devices that you don't have any duplicate names - if you do and change any, please repeat step 2;
4/ Please Power down both the Echo device and the Sonos One for 10 secs and then power back on;
5/ Please retest.
