Missing half of the Keyboard when attempting to add Alexa to Sonos

So I just got a Sonos Beam and am attempting to add Alexa to the services in the app. It directs me to sign in to my Amazon account, but only the left half of the virtual keyboard is visible so I can’t sign in. Turning the phone sideways does nothing.

 

Any ideas?

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community.

It’s more likely with your device (phone or tablet), have you already restart your device?

You can also try different controllers also just to isolate the issue.

I had tried a phone reboot, yes…..but just did it again and it is ok now.
