Echo Issue only plays current song in queue

My echo will only open Sonos and play the current song in the queue. For example, if I ask Alexa to play Bruce spingsteen in the living room, the only song that will play is the current song in the Spotify queue..

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Community. Would you mind starting us off with a diagnostic report? This will give us helpful information about the errors you are getting. Be sure to reply with the seven-digit confirmation number it gives at the end.

Also, you may want to try rebooting your Sonos speakers, disabling and re-enabling the Sonos skill in the Alexa app then rediscover your devices. Some customers have had better experiences after trying those steps out.
