Echo Dot connected to Play 5, Play 1 and One

One set up and although everything initially working fine - now the entire system seems to be tied up in knots. Also have Hue and Hive connected and now not working! My next plan is the forget and reset everything, but wonder if there is a quicker way to sort it out.

Can you describe the issues you're having? And I'd assume you have 3 sonos zones, with the dot and One being your two Alexa 'controllers'. You're using the Sonos skill, correct? The dot isn't wired directly to the PLAY:5, correct?

Since you're having trouble with other wireless products, I would guess you're getting wireless interference or there is an IP address conflict(s) within your router.

First off, try disabling the Sonos skill and then enabling again within the Alexa app.
