Connection to Deezer Lost - Deezer Support Ignores Requests

Since a few weeks Deezer loses the connection after about 2 minutes of a song. It doesn't matter if I use it via the Sonos app or via Alexa. Deezer support tells me they don't see the problem because it works well in their office. If Deezer doesn't realize that this is a problem, they're not working to solve it either. Has anyone from the Sonos community solved the problem - have they seen that it's been posted similarly several times...?

I’ve been using Deezer here in California for about a month. Have never seen this issue. Flow will play for hours without a problem (other than playing suggestions that are WAY out of my selected genre and favorited songs/albums. They really need to fix that major issue).
Same issue here for over a month, and then of course it went titsup yesterday, still not able to re-authorize....
